Brandveda Refund Policy
At Brandveda, we are committed to providing high-quality education and practical learning experiences to help our students, professionals, and business owners achieve their digital marketing goals.We value your trust, and our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with our commitment to quality training.
1. Course Enrollment and Payment
Once you enroll in any course, workshop, or program (online or offline) and complete your payment, your seat is reserved, and access to our resources, tools, or LMS may be immediately activated.
Since our digital products and live sessions involve instant access to premium content, refund eligibility is limited as described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If you have enrolled and not accessed any course material, not attended any live session, and request a refund within 1 day of payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
- If you have attended any live session or accessed digital content or tools, no refund will be issued.
- For workshops, webinars, and short-term programs, payments are non-refundable due to limited seat availability and pre-allotted resources.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Send an email to support@brandveda.in with your name, registered email, payment details, and reason for refund.
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 working days and notify you of the eligibility status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- You have accessed course materials, live classes, or downloadable resources.
- You missed a live session or workshop (recordings may be provided, if available).
- You purchased during a special offer, discounted price, or early bird campaign.
- You have violated Brandveda’s terms of use, code of conduct, or academic integrity policy.
5. Course Transfer or Batch Change
- You may request to transfer your enrollment to another batch or course before the course starts, subject to availability and admin approval.
- Batch transfer requests after the course begins may incur a transfer fee.
6. For Subscription or Membership Plans
If you are enrolled in a subscription or membership-based program, cancellation will stop future renewals. However, refunds for past payments are not applicable.
